The same persons who Lee Harvey Oswald knew in New Orleans are still covering up the assassination evidence. Los Angeles Times merged with Dallas Times Herald, and reporter Cowan, formerly from New Orleans States Item, now working for Los Angeles Times.
Jan Diaz, a fine researcher from Los Angeles, informed me of the Volume XVI references to Cohen. It had been six or seven years since I read Oswald's notebook. The Volumes ARE NOT INDEXED. Thank you Jan.
